What Is Depression?
As the word depression comes in mind the scientific reason for such a disorder hits the brain. It’s true that chemical imbalance in brain causes the depression.
Depression is mental disorder. In some cases it seems to be minor and in some cases it’s major. Now a days out of ten almost seven individuals come across this mental illness at some extent.
Depression spoils your peace of mind and happiness. It affects on your health, wealth, social image, on personal and professional life. In some cases depression could be a life threatening. In such a case seeking a medical help and consultation is very important.
People who always stay under some pressure (it could be work, emotional or financial) remains depressed. Day by day it leads to stress, insecurity and anxiety. They lack their interest in daily basis activities. They neglect enjoying happy moments of their life; sadness takes huge place in their living and they become heath unconscious. There are several factors responsible for depression. Our daily life style, health disorders, social image, flaw expectations, unhealthy relationships, family issues, financial issues, social media, high stress, work load, work issues, unemployment...etc
