Set your selves free from all the fears, uncertainties, insecurities and from all the burdens that you carry every day in your head or in your heart. And get ready to see the magic. When I experienced this mind of state it was really amazing and indeed hard to explain in words. But once you practice this and set yourself free it really becomes easy to always stay happy and achieve anything in life.

1.Never hold the grunge on others it won’t affect on them but it will always try to pull you off track. So learn the skills to forgive others. They were there in your life for good reasons. Just to make you stronger and better than before.

2.People will try to pull you back, they well offend you, and they may discourage you or even try to bully you. It’s just because you are better than them. You have couple of great skills than them. So they are just unsecured that one day you may become a better person than you are or nicer than them. “Just don’t give a shit about them!!!”

3.Try doing your best every day. Don’t give up doing your best just because of others discouragements. You will definitely succeed one day.

4.Happiness is the key to success. But you can be only find endless happiness when would learn to show gratitude and be happy about what you really have.

5.Serving other human beings or helping others always takes you to next level. So help others as much as you can. Per day at least make one person happy. Help others to achieve their goals. And they will automatically support you to achieve yours. Though how tough or hard they are.

6.Never surround yourselves with toxic people. Toxic people are like bacteria’s. They are unable to complete their aims and goals so they don’t want others to get on track to achieve theirs. They always talk about negative stuffs. They always find something missing in everything.

For example:
1) I don’t think this will work for you.
2) You will not be able to do it.
3) Its very hard to do it.

Just stay away from them. Keep a safe distance as this toxic community always finds a reason to pull you down.

7.Be humble and ready to face new challenges. Prepare your mind and change your thinking pattern to win. You can only create win-win situations in your life when your mind and brain are working together.

8.“Tell yourself every day I am going to do and face everything that comes in the path to reach my destiny.”

9.Is that so hard?? There’s a lot to write and learn on this topic. You may find several videos from famous and successful people on YouTube. You can observe them how they walk, how they talk, how’s their body language, how they carry them self around and becomes memorable for forever.

10.Surround yourselves with people who are successful and experienced in your field. Surround yourselves with the optimistic people who share same interests as yours. Learn the way how they overcome difficulties. Every profession, every human being, all have difficulties in their life but it’s all about the skills how you face them. Face them directly on a face.

The Real Life Hack: Dare To Be Different

Dare to be different to stand out of the crowd!!! “That doesn’t matter how many times you failed down but it really matters how many times you rose up just to stand out again.”

Picture
Becoming a different from rest of the folk takes courage. It means you have to get out of your comfort zone and try to do something differently and more creatively to achieve your goals. Smarter people always keep it as their first priority. Because the real life, joy and happiness everything begins to unfold when you dare to be different and try to go beyond your comfort zone.

Have you ever heard people saying that you are really different or he or she is really different?

There’s nothing wrong with being a different individual. As a individual we all have different thinking pattern, different point of views towards the life and also different aims and goals.

If people would have decided a decades before that we all are going to be same, if all have became just doctors or engineers then...?
“Oh my god world just full with Doctors or Engineers isn’t that crazy?”

“Ja, I agree too, it sounds not only really funny but also bit strange.” If as a same super creature on this holly planet we can not study a same field or our interests are very different then how could one expect the person just come up and join the crowd???

“Main question here is how you take it as a comment or compliment, positively or totally in negative manner????”

It depends on the mood or situation and also people around you. As per my opinion you should be proud of yourself if somebody say’s that. It really takes lot of guts to try to be a different person than you were or different than your surroundings.

"This is the real power which leads people in a magical way to prove them self with a talent they have."

Life Hack: Be The Game Changer.

10/8/2018

Game Changer are the people who always remain persistent in the negative situations as well. What may come they are confident about their next move and success.

Picture

They know how to do their best though the goal is still far away. They could always visualize their goals and dreams as if they already have it.

Game Changers are not made in heaven they are developed here on the same planet that too each day. Anybody could be a game changer; you just need the right attitude and clarity about the life. If you are clear about what you bring to the table and clear about what you want from the table, then be persistent and insistent. Don’t let others override you, or intimidate you in settling for less than what you really want.
Don’t engage in the domination game, that is, don’t let others dominate you but also don’t try to dominate others. And don’t take these aggressive acts personally, although it’s hard not to. It’s often all people know how to play.

Always Ask yourself Why
Always ask yourself why are you doing the things you do, your answer to this question will answer the highest purpose. This will further keep you motivated for what you are doing. Ask this why to yourself whenever you feel down or little drifted and you will be on track again.

Cleanse your mind daily.
Sometimes you may feel down. You may feel less motivated or influenced by the negative people around you. I have even seen people, instead of doing their own work they are more interested in distracting others from their track.
Just take break for ten minute meditation. Try to refresh your mind and renew it with all the optimistic way. .
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” And if you’re going to develop the consistency in performance that makes you a game changer, you need to make the transformation process happen daily; because, game changers are developed daily, not in a day.

Avoid wrong influences.
Avoid interacting with the pessimists and even reading the news which leaves negative impact on your mind. Surround yourself with positive people and environment. This will help you to stay progressive.

Commit to being “the best”
If you want to be “great” at what you do, you will certainly reach a higher level of performance; however, you won’t do the right things consistently enough to become a game changer. Instead, commit to being “the best” at what you do. Think about what “the best” in your field is thinking, doing, reading, and saying daily. Do you do those things? How can you do more of it?

Always try stay on track
There are always ups and down everywhere. As a human being, even game changers get off track from time to time. After all, they’re not superhuman. But the more aware you become of how a game changer thinks and acts in various situations, the less likely it is you will get off track as often.

Life Hack: Progress is Better than Perfection.

10/2/2018

This is most important life hack from the world’s most successful people. "Always strive for the progress than perfection."

Picture

Most of us waste an enormous amount of time trying to make things perfect. Even most of the times, I too did the same mistake. With the time I realized that perfectionism actually kills our dreams and motivation. Being a perfectionist limits our efficiency and effectiveness. So Just “Choose Progress, not Perfection.”

Instead of trying to be perfect focus on progress. Remember, perfection does not exist. We should aim for making steady progress in all areas of our life. Try to have simple yet specific goals. Make them small and follow through.

Consider measuring your life and goals in terms of progress rather than perfection. Think of something right now you want badly in your personal life, your business, or even in your family which you don’t yet have. Consider the progress you have made in this area in the last year, two years or even ten years, and ask yourself if you don’t instantaneously feel more inspired, uplifted and hopeful. Realize you might not be where you want to be, but you’re definitely not where you use to be!

The goal is to keep your mind busy on a growth oriented mindset. It can be learning new things to implement it for the growth of the project at hand, or experimenting on the project to get the end result etc. It does not mean that you will lower your standards. You must put in you very best efforts to make the project near perfect.
But endless focus or a perfectionism mindset is a manifestation of procrastination and fear. Continuous tweaking is injurious to the future.
The truth is; progress is perfection.

Self confidence is your inner power. This is the best way to boost and bring it out. Once you did it nothing is impossible for you.

Always Stay Positive
Cultivate and live in a positive environment. Who you choose to spend your time with and the input you get from further away like the TV, the internet and magazines will have a huge effect on your outlook. To be able to stay positive it is essential to have influences in your life that support you and lift you up instead of dragging you down. This is the time to really evaluate your inner circle, including friends and family. This is a tough one, but it's time to seriously consider getting away from those individuals who put you down and shred your confidence.

Respect Yourself
Developing a strong sense of self-respect can help you fulfil your potential, develop healthy relationships, and make everyone around you see you as a person who is worthy of respect. If you truly want to respect yourself, then you have to accept yourself, and work on becoming the person you always dreamed of becoming. Take steps to know how to feel happy with who you are and make the world treat you as you deserve to be treated.

Practice Generosity.
Generosity makes us healthy. Generosity makes us happy. Giving our time and money to others gives us an emotional boost. It’s just part of being human. Generosity lowers our stress.  Generosity improves our relationships.

 Every Day Help someone.
Helping others often enables us to forget about ourselves and to feel grateful for what we have. It also feels good when you are able to make a difference for someone else. Instead of focusing on your own weaknesses, focus on your strengths.

Make time to cultivate great exercise
Self-confidence depends on a combination of good physical health, emotional health and social health. It is hard to feel good about yourself if you hate your physique or constantly have low energy. Make time to cultivate great exercise, eating and sleep habits. In addition, dress the way you want to feel. You have heard the saying that “clothes make the man.” Build your self-confidence by making the effort to look after your own needs.

Change the way You Interact with others.
Just the simple act of pulling your shoulders back gives others the impression that you are a confident person. Smiling will not only make you feel better, but will make others feel more comfortable around you. Imagine a person with good posture and a smile and you'll be envisioning someone who is self-confident.

Look at the person you are speaking to, not at your shoes--keeping eye contact shows confidence. Last, speak slowly. Research has proved that those who take the time to speak slowly and clearly feel more self-confidence and appear more self-confident to others. The added bonus is they will actually be able to understand what you are saying.

Go the extra mile and style your hair, give yourself a clean shave, and dress nicely. Not only will this make you feel better about yourself, but others are more likely to perceive you as successful and self-confident as well. A great tip: When you purchase a new outfit, practice wearing it at home first to get past any wardrobe malfunctions before heading out.

Be ready for the upcoming challenges.
Learn everything there is to know about your field, job, and presentation. Whatever is next on your "to conquer" list. If you are prepared, and have the knowledge to back it up, your self-confidence will automatically grow.

Manage Your Time Effectively

9/24/2018

We all badly wish if there is a more time in the day, May be instead of 24 hours if we get more hours then life would be amazing. But this remains only a sweet fantasy.

Picture

When the day is over and we look back at what we accomplished, most of the times we wonder where all of those hours went off. Time just passes away so quickly and there’s no way that we can earn it back.

Picture
We can get desired job and can earn abundance of money again and again but we can’t earn or get back the time we once had. So only way to use your time consciously and productively is manage your time effectively to get most out of the day. Effectively managing time is a skill that so many desire but so few have.

Set Clear and Realistic Goals

An absolute must prior to being able to manage your time effectively is to set clear goals on what you want in life. You might think to yourself that you already know what you want, even if you haven’t set goals down on paper. If this is the case, then you’re very wrong. Why? Because setting clear goals down on paper is remarkably different than merely setting them in your head.
If you engage in passive goal setting, then you’re less likely to have a good handle on your time management. This can lead to severe frustration, because deep down in your subconscious mind you might know what you want, but you haven’t organized those desires into clear goals. It hasn’t become visceral for you. Actively set your goals by deciding exactly what you want, when you want it by, and why you want it. You have to be absolutely precise here when doing this. Don’t be afraid to write out exactly what it is, down to the very last detail, that you want. Don’t just say you want a lot of money, say the exact amount of money you want, what specific date you want it by, and why you want it.

Set Your Priorities.
Clarity on your role means knowing what your priorities are. This will make it easy for you to determine what you need to say yes or no to. This tip is especially helpful if you are getting a lot of requests from clients and colleagues. This is one of the keys to becoming more proactive than reactive.

Organize Yourself.
You have to get organized if you want to properly manage your time. But how do you get organized? Well, first thing is first, you have to set your goals. If you didn’t do that, then stop reading and go do that now. Once you’ve set your goals, you have to organize them. What are your long-term goals? What are your short-term goals? Break your long-term goals down into milestones so that you have a target you’re aiming at each month, week, and day. When you know what you want to accomplish one year from now, you can easily break that down into monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
Once you have your list of goals organized into milestones, then you know what you’re aiming at. When you wake up in the morning, you can have a better sense of purpose. It will also help to ensure that you’re doing a little bit each day towards those goals, no matter how small of an amount that is. When you can organize goals into milestones, and you place that list in front of you, your mind can’t ignore what needs to be done. If you choose not to get organized, your mind has an easier way of helping you to avoid those all-important daily tasks every day.

Manage your energy.
When you have a lot of responsibilities and tasks on your plate, the usual response is to put in more hours at work and give up rest, exercise, or recreation time. This results in higher levels of stress, health problems, and loss of focus.

Manage your attention.
In reality, you can’t really manage time. Time just keeps moving, but you can manage your attention and your ability to focus. The first thing you need to check is where your attention currently goes. Make a detailed list of all the activities you do in a day and beside each activity, take note how much time you spend working and focusing on them. You’d be surprised how much attention goes to activities that are not really contributing to your goals and priorities.
The next thing you need to consider is your work environment. Do you have a workplace that encourages you to focus on your work? Or are you surrounded by distractions like clutter, smartphones, access to social media, etc… Remove distractions that rob you of your time.

Increase Productivity at The Work

9/23/2018

Everybody has got just twenty four hours in a day, then why only few people are successful and other are still struggling on boundary line???

There are two ways increase your output either put in more hours or work smarter. Being more productive at work isn't rocket science, but it does require being more deliberate about how you manage your time.
Following are the super tips to increase the productivity at work.

Track and analyse how much time you are spending on each task.
You may think you're pretty good at gauging how much time you're spending on various tasks. However, some research suggests only around 17 percent of people are able to accurately estimate the passage of time. If you carefully analyse and prepare proper timetable including your daily basis activities it will easy to get more output in a certain time slot.

Take Regular Pauses.
It sounds counterintuitive, but taking scheduled breaks can actually help improve concentration. Some research has shown that taking short breaks during long tasks helps you to maintain a constant level of performance; while working at a task without breaks leads to a steady decline in performance.

Set self-imposed deadline to each task.
While we usually think of a stress as a bad thing, a manageable level of self-imposed stress can actually be helpful in terms of giving us focus and helping us meet our goals. For open-ended tasks or projects, try giving yourself a deadline, and then stick to it. You may be surprised to discover just how focused and productive you can be when you're watching the clock.

Follow the "two-minute rule."
Entrepreneur Steve Olenski recommends implementing the "two-minute rule" to make the most of small windows of time that you have at work. The idea is this: If you see a task or action that you know can be done in two minutes or less, do it immediately. According to Olenski, completing the task right away actually takes less time than having to get back to it later.

Hold standing meetings.
If you absolutely must have a meeting, there's some evidence that standing meetings (they're just what they sound like everyone stands) can result in increased group arousal, decreased territoriality, and improved group performance.

Quit multitasking.
While we tend to think of the ability to multitask as an important skill for increasing efficiency, the opposite may in fact be true. Psychologists have found attempting to do several tasks at once can result in lost time and productivity. Instead, make a habit of committing to a single task before moving on to your next project.

Give up on the illusion of perfection.
It's common for entrepreneurs to get hung up on attempting to perfect a task--the reality is nothing is ever perfect. Rather than wasting time chasing after this illusion, bang out your task to the best of your ability and move on. It's better to complete the task and move it off your plate; if need be, you can always come back and adjust or improve it later.

Take workout breaks.
Using work time to exercise may actually help improve productivity, according to a study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. If possible, build in set times during the week for taking a walk or going to the gym. Getting your blood pumping could be just what's needed to clear your head and get your focus back.

Turn off notifications.
No one can be expected to resist the allure of an email, voicemail, social apps or text notification. During work hours, turn off your notifications, and instead build in time to check email and messages.

Minimize Distractions.
Having a colleague pop her head into your office to chat may seem innocuous, but even brief interruptions appear to produce a change in work pattern and a corresponding drop in productivity. Minimizing interruptions may mean setting office hours, keeping your door closed, or working from home for time-sensitive projects.

How To Stop Procrastination

9/21/2018

Procrastination is a challenge we have all faced at some point or another. For as long as humans have been around, we have been struggling with delaying, avoiding, and procrastinating on issues that matter to us.

Picture
During our more productive moments, when we temporarily figure out how to stop procrastinating, we feel satisfied and accomplished. Today, we're going to talk about how to make those rare moments of productivity more routine. The purpose of this guide is to break down the science behind why we procrastinate, share proven frameworks you can use to beat procrastination, and cover useful strategies that will make it easier to take action.

Procrastination
Human beings have been procrastinating for centuries. Procrastination is the state of acting against your better judgment. It is when you do one thing even though you know you should do something which is better for you. Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing a task or set of tasks.

How To Stop Procrastination.

Break your work into little steps
Part of the reason why we procrastinate is because subconsciously, we find the work too overwhelming for us. Break it down into little parts, then focus on one part at the time. If you still procrastinate on the task after breaking it down, then break it down even further. Soon, your task will be so simple that you will be thinking about this. It is so simple that I might as well just do it now!”.

Change your environment
Different environments have different impact on our productivity. Look at your work desk and your room. Do they make you want to work or do they make you want to snuggle and sleep? If it’s the latter, you should look into changing your work-space.

Develop a Daily Routine
Knowing what you have to do every day, and determining the optimal order in which do it, cuts down on wasted time and takes a lot of guesswork out of your life.

Reward Yourself
Give yourself rewards for working on what you’d otherwise put off. If you can manage to be mature about it, you can reward yourself in a variety of ways. One is to promise yourself that if you work until a certain time of day, you can then relax and do something fun..

Avoid Distractions-Social Media
In a world of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and internet causes distraction in most of the cases. It is all too easy to become distracted for hours at a time. If you know you're about to sit down and work on a big project, put your phone in another room, turn it to "do not disturb" mode or airplane mode, or give it to a friend until you finish what you're working on.

Take Advantage of Technical Stuffs like Apps, Planners, Timers
Many people depend on tools like apps, planners, and timers to keep their procrastinating minds on track. You can also set a plain old kitchen timer or alarm on your phone to give yourself a set time during which you’ll do nothing but work.

How To Stay Motivated

9/17/2018

Motivation is the driving force which help causes us to achieve goals. Motivation is said to be intrinsic or extrinsic. In short Motivation is what drives you towards a goal, gets you up in the morning, and keeps you working through a task, determined to succeed when things get tough. It drives us to make the things happen but staying motivated isn’t always easy.

Personal motivation is key to maintaining almost all aspects of life. If we're not motivated, we're more likely to squander our time and neglect our personal and professional goals. Even the most determined people can lose steam sometimes.

How to Stay Motivated

Set Goals.
When you set a goal, you make a decision to act in a way that will help you achieve what you want. Goals give you a direction to focus on an endpoint. This can help you to stay motivated.

Start with simple goals and then progress to longer range goals. Remember to make your goals realistic and achievable. It's easy to get frustrated and give up if your goals are too ambitious.

Choose goals that interest you.
You’re much more likely to stay motivated if you’re working towards something that you genuinely want to do or achieve, rather than what other people want for you.

Remind yourself of your goals.
Usually before devoting time to any specific endeavour, we tend to make short- and long-term goals. Remember to keep your goals realistic, that way you won’t be disheartened if you don't reach them. That doesn't mean you can't push and challenge yourself though, if you don't challenge yourself, then it's not really a goal. If you start to lose sight of your goals, then you may be less motivated than if you were always checking to see how much closer you are getting throughout the whole process. Keeping track of your goals and checking your progress can help keep you motivated day in and day out.

Make your goal public.
If you tell someone or write down your goal, you’ve essentially made a promise to keep your word.

Plot your progress.
When you’re working towards something, it can be really motivating if you can see evidence that you’re making progress. Draw or create a visual representation of how you’re coming closer to achieving the goal you’ve set yourself.

Everyone needs to see how they are keeping up with their goals if they want to stay motivated. If you see that you are on track or even excelling every time you check your progress, you will be motivated and happy that you are getting there. If you see that you are lagging on your goals, it may be the kick start you need to help get you back on track.

Break up your goal.
Start with easier tasks and work your way up to bigger challenges. Breaking up a task in your mind into achievable chunks helps build confidence.

Use rewards.
Promise yourself some sort of reward each time you complete a step/task. This could be as simple as a bowl of ice cream after a long, hard week of working out or as rewarding as a trip to the spa for all your hard work. Whatever rewards will keep you going are the ones you should be giving yourself.

Give yourself breaks.
Sometimes even the most determined people get overwhelmed. You may be burning yourself out, and a much-needed break might be just what you need. If it is a fitness goal, maybe take a three- or four-day rest instead of your normal one- or two-day rest. If it is at school, don't try to do all your work in one sitting, but stretch it out over the course of the day or week, if possible.

Don't be too hard on yourself.
Everyone falls short sometimes. If you fail to meet your goals for the week, take it as a lesson. Try to complete your next target before time, so that you can use the saved time to complete the pending work. This way you stay right on schedule even if you have taken a hit. It's not always about how hard you hit, but how well you can take a hard hit and keep moving on. Don't dwell on failure; just accept it as a human occurrence, and continue working towards your goals.

Watch and read motivational stories or speeches.
Everyone deserves a great pep talk every once in a while. Stay elevated by watching YouTube videos of inspirational moments so you can suddenly feel a new sense of motivation to keep striving.

Don’t do it alone. Join a class, or find a teacher or someone you can share the experience with. Other people’s encouragement to keep going can be a big boost to your motivation, particularly when you’re doing it tough.
